1.      1. È un dolce tradizionale giapponese

Lo yokan è un dolce tradizionale sviluppatosi in concomitanza con la tradizione della cerimonia del tè giapponese. Può conservarsi a temperatura ambiente per diversi mesi ed è quindi possibile tenerlo in valigia fino al giorno del tuo viaggio di ritorno.

2.       2.È un dolce salutare, vegano e senza glutine

Gli ingredienti base degli Tsurukichi Yokan sono zucchero, fagioli rossi, Mizuame(sciroppo di amido giapponese), gelatina vegetale agar-agar, aromi e non contengono farina. La gelatina che usiamo è molto più salutare rispetto alla gelatina classica perché è di tipo vegetale agar-agar.

3.       3.Utilizziamo come ingredienti le migliori specialità di Atami, motivo per il quale ci è stata conferita la medaglia d'oro al merito dal governatore della prefettura di Shizuoka.

Lo Tsurukichi Yokan – Daidai è l'unico dolce ad aver vinto questa medaglia d'oro ad Atami. Ottimo come regalo, è rivestito da una carta dorata che lo fa sembrare una pepita d'oro. Tradizionalmente, in Giappone, viene gustato accompagnato da tè verde non zuccherato, caffè o tè. I giapponesi lo tagliano in pezzi di circa 2 o 3 centimetri di larghezza, ma quando è troppo dolce, viene tagliato in pezzi più sottili, di circa 5 mm o 1 cm.
