1．日本傳統的甜點

它是隨著日本茶道而開發的傳統點心。此外，它在常溫下可以存放幾個月，因此可以隨意將其放在手提箱中，直到您回家的那天。

2．因為不含麩質，絕對素食者也可以放心食用的點心

鶴吉羊羹的基本成分是糖、紅豆、糖漿、瓊脂、各種調味劑，沒有小麥粉。與果凍不同，因為它使用蔬菜瓊脂，所以非常健康。

3．使用熱海特產，從靜岡知事那裏贏得了金牌

在熱海市唯一獲得此金獎的點心是「鶴吉羊羹（橙）」。金色袋子裏的羊羹看起來像是金條，因此作為手辦禮物會大受歡迎。和無糖綠茶、黑咖啡和純紅茶一起享用是日本式。日本人將其切成2至3公分的厚度來食用，如果感覺過甜時可以切薄成5毫米至1公分的厚度享用。
